Biography: |
| Eva enjoys portraying a diversity of subjects in her paintings. She finds the subject often suggests the medium, the style and the technique she uses to create a work of art. Her portfolio includes portrait, lanscape, floral and wildlife drawings and paintings. From early childhood she loved to draw, especially faces and figures. She recived a BA in Fine Arts with an art major from Goshen College, Goshen, Indiana, USA.
A nurse by profession, she retired from a position as a community health nurse to pursue a career as an artist. As well as painting for her own pleasure, she has completed several commissions. Her work is in private collections in British Columbia, Alberta, Ottawa, the USA and Sweden. |

| June 5, 2022: Mid Main Art Fair in the Heritage Hall on Main Street, open from 11am -6pm. I am participating this year. Everyone welcome.
July and August 2022: Hycroft Gallery. A group show of the Hycroft Painters. I will have several paintings in the show. The opening reception is July 6th from 6:00-7:30 pm.
November 2022: Eastside Culture Crawl open studio at Portside Studios, 150 McLean Drive, Vancouver. For information re: studio visits and COVID-19 protocols please visit the Crawl website.
